Brahmi/Bacopa is a creeping perennial, native to many parts of world and most frequently found in tropical regions of the Asian continent. Bitter and energetically cooling. It's name translates to “energy of universal consciousness”, Bacopa monnieri has been utilized for its wellness supporting qualities in Ayurveda for centuries. Bacopa powder can be blended into herbal formulations, macerated as an extract, or encapsulated.
 
Bacopa is commonly used for Alzheimer disease, memory and thinking skills, anxiety, and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), but there is no hard scientific evidence to support these uses.
